We went to the hospital the night of the 15th to be induced. They started me on some meds and I started having contractions during the middle of the night. The whole process was very surreal and went by very quickly. I got my epidural at 8:00 AM and I continued to dilate. At 11:45 AM I started to push, and after 3 pushes, out came our bundle of joy! At 12:09 PM Austin Michael was born.

Our new family of FOUR! We were very anxious to see Ryan's reaction to the new baby. He didn't quite get it and had more fun running around the halls of the hospital with Grandpa Bultman.
Austin was 8 lbs. 9 oz. and was 21 inches long.
Austin came out a little black and blue, but after a couple days his color was back to normal.

Time to head home! We got him all dressed, buckled him in the car seat, and we were on our way.

Cute pics Alison! I didn't even know you had a blog. I can't believe I haven't met him yet. We should get together again. I haven't seen any of you girls in ages.
